Government Medical College, Satara

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Government Medical College & General Hospital (GMC Satara) is a government medical college established by the Government of Maharashtra to strengthen medical education and healthcare services in the western part of the state. The college was established in 2021, is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), and functions under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra.
