Dr Vaishampayan Memorial Medical College, Solapur

Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College (VMGMC), Solapur is one of Maharashtra's oldest and most respected government medical colleges. Established in 1963 by Dr. Vishnu Ganesh Vaishampayan, the institution became a government medical college in 1977. It is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik and is administered by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra.
