Seat Quota

ACMS is different from a normal private medical college. Its MBBS seats are intended for eligible Army wards, so a general NEET candidate without the required Army-family eligibility cannot normally take admission.

Fees

ACMS fees are much higher than Delhi government colleges such as AIIMS, MAMC or VMMC, but considerably lower than many deemed/private MBBS colleges.
