Government Medical College, Patiala

Government Medical College (GMC), Patiala is one of the oldest and most reputed government medical colleges in Punjab. Established in 1953, it was the first medical college in the former PEPSU (Patiala and East Punjab States Union) and is now recognized as the second-oldest medical college in Punjab. The college is affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
