About College
Government Medical College (GMC), Parbhani is a new government medical college in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. It was sanctioned on 28 March 2022 by the Government of Maharashtra to strengthen medical education and healthcare services in the region. The college is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), and functions under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra. It currently operates from its temporary campus at the ITI Campus, Jintur Road, while a permanent campus is being developed on Gangakhed Road.
