Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Ayurvedic College And Hospital Handia Allahabad, officially known as Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri Smarak Government Ayurvedic College & Hospital, is a prestigious government Ayurvedic institution located in Handia, Prayagraj district, Uttar Pradesh. The college was established in 1964 with the vision of promoting Ayurvedic education, research, and healthcare services in eastern Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the important government Ayurvedic colleges in the state and is recognized for its contribution to traditional Indian medicine.

The foundation stone of the institution was laid by former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on 13 December 1964 as Gandhi Ayurveda University. Later, it was provincialized as S.L.B.S.S. Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital on 2 July 1982.

The college is presently affiliated with Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University and is approved by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). It offers the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course, and admission is granted through NEET-UG counseling.

The campus is situated on NH-2, Jawahar Nagar, Handia, about 40 km from Prayagraj and 90 km from Varanasi. The institution has a spacious campus with:
