Autonomous State Medical College, Fatehpur is a state government medical college in Uttar Pradesh, established to strengthen healthcare and medical education in the central Uttar Pradesh region (Kanpur–Prayagraj belt). It is one of the newer MBBS colleges under the UP government expansion program.
