NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad

NHL Medical College is one of the oldest and most prestigious government medical colleges in Gujarat, established in 1963 in Ahmedabad.

It is affiliated with the Gujarat University and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college is attached to major teaching hospitals including SVP Hospital and other civil hospitals in Ahmedabad, providing very high patient inflow and excellent clinical exposure.

The institute admits around 250 MBBS students annually and also offers a wide range of postgraduate (MD/MS) and super-specialty courses across nearly all major branches of medicine.

With experienced faculty, advanced departments, and one of the busiest hospital setups in the state, it is known for strong clinical training, high academic standards, and excellent exposure to diverse medical cases.
